Custom CAD Designs
We can quickly design a custom framing solution that meets your exact needs at no cost. Our CAD designers have years of experience designing aluminum extrusions to meet specific customer requirements. Already have a CAD design? We can utilize it to create your frame and deliver it as a kit or as an assembled product.
Local Inventory
We keep a large inventory of the most commonly-used aluminum t-slot extrusions, connectors and other components in our Framing Centers and Inventory Locations. Buying locally saves you shipping costs and time. Let us know what you need and where you are located, and we will provide you a quotation within one day for most RFQs.
Extrusion Machining
We offer all of the machining needed to create almost any type of aluminum extrusion project, from basic cut-to-length, bar end tapping (threading), access hole drilling, drill holes for manifold plates, counter-bores for anchor fasteners, milling (common for door handles), miter cuts, miter cut counterbores, brake holes for linear bearings, etc.
CNC Panels
Our large 6ft x 10ft computer-controlled router table can cut almost any material up to 1/2″ aluminum plate into any shape at very cost-effective prices. This allows us to design and create solutions that meet your needs and specifications exactly, and on-time. Besides cutting contours, we can also engrave and notch panels.
