Custom Enclosures
Enclosures are usually used to house machines, equipment, chemicals, testing processes or other sensitive apparatus. They can be used to create a controlled environment, or to protect workers from sound, debris, fumes, heat, explosion, injury or access during operation. Material of choice for clear panels is polycarbonate due to its safety characteristics; wire mesh is also popular. Doors can be located on any side to match your equipment or process. Common types are hinged doors, sliding, or lifting with gas springs.
Enclosures can be designed to sit on an existing table or lab bench, or a free standing or rolling structure with locking casters. Perfect for medical testing, chemical analysis, test equipment, 3D printer, router, or any machine that needs a controlled environment.
Custom Safety Guarding
Custom safety guarding is framing that is connected and guards a process area, a machine, or surrounds a complete working environment. We offer many different types of panel materials to fit the type of protection you are looking for. Common panel types for physical security are mesh and expanded metal. For protection from debris and better visibility, polycarbonate (clear or gray) is our #1 choice.
Every safety panel shown below can be customized in size and panel materials. Overall, panel materials usually come in 4’x8′, so that is the most cost effective panel size. Stand-alone panels can be stacked and shipped easily on pallets. Add-on panels require a little more installation labor but are less expensive as you don’t need as many vertical bars.
Custom Work Benches and Workstations
Custom work benches and workstations offer numerous advantages over off-the-shelf products. We can customize the design to fit your exact process for your employees with your tools. If you have multiple shifts or different employees, we can make the work surface height adjustable, with or without leveling feet or casters. Tools, shelves and bins can be organized and placed at the perfect location to improve efficiency, worker safety and morale.
