CK3M Multi-Axis Motion Controller

The CK3A Amplifier, combined with the flexibility of Power PMAC Controller and the ability to interface with various encoder feedback devices, allows the support of the following types of Motors:

  • AC/DC synchronous brushless (rotary or linear) - e.g. servo Motor.
  • DC Brushed - e.g. voicecoil actuator.
  • AC asynchronous - e.g. Induction Motor (contact support for setting up this type of Motor).

  • Nano-scale linear servo positioning accuracy
  • High PWM frequency - up to 20 kHz
  • High resolution current sensing - 16-bit ADCs
  • High speed current ADC sampling - up to 6.125MHz
  • Dual STO inputs and status output

CK3E Multi-Axis EtherCAT Motion Controller

By combining global leading Delta Tau Data Systems’ Motion Control technologies, Omron can open up new applications and solutions. The CK3E is a controller designed for precise multi-axis control. You can build a system capable of controlling up to 32 axes of motion and incorporate customized control algorithms into the system. The CK3E allows you to program in C language and reuse existing software assets. The compact design saves space in machines and control panels. EtherCAT® connects servo drives, I/O, and other devices to the CK3E, reducing the number of cables.

CK3C Board Level Controller

The CK3C is a compact industrial motion and automation controller encompassing the full capabilities of Omron’s Power PMAC (Programmable Multi-Axis Controller) platform. Inherently, the CK3C is a 4-axis card expandable to 8- local and another 8- EtherCAT axes. The optional extended pins provide maximum flexibility for OEM embedded design, high-speed interface to third-party devices, and custom connectorization.
